Should I awake Doom or Warlock with this month generic Gem ?

Neither tbh. Both do what they're good for unawakened, so I don't think they're worth a generic. I guess Doom if you had to, he's got thicc prestige.

Well i have aegon already dupe with max signature level and 3 Talent Awaking Gems and one for Mutant

The degen damage from Warlock dup is not so significant ? And yes i know Doom for Prestige and pretty nice against people with power up Buff.

I'd use it on Doom IF he and Warlock are your only options. Neither of these champions really need to be awakened
