Banned for no reason

Hey guys

Today I was banned for 168 hours (7 days) for no reason given. I’ve been playing this game since 2015, and I am so disappointed that I was just banned out of nowhere...especially on SA day! I sent in 2 tickets to the support and all I got was bots saying, “Blah blah blah many people have contacted us so be patient blah blah blah”. I’m disappointed Kabam. I understand you hold firm belief that when someone is banned, it’s for a reason. However, I’ve been over the terms of service so many times and I cannot find a single rule I have broken. I sincerely believe you made a mistake and I will not continue my thousands of hours in progress. This is unacceptable. Please acknowledge those that might have been banned by mistake. I’ve put blood, sweat, and tears into this game and NEVER, would I use a 3rd party software. If I was hacked, I could believe why I was banned. Please respond to me with a legit human being and reasons, and hopefully a ban lift. Thank you.

You'll prob get fully banned. Usually see 7 days
--> perma.
Also, mods and admins can't help on forums really. Can only direct you to support

Why? I sincerely did absolutely nothing! Why would they ban me for a week then permanently? Again I get the biggest reason is because people used third party applications to get them through the game but I legitimately did not. I just wanna open my 4 star crystal today

Did you hack, mod, account share, pay people to beat content, used a 3rd party software, abuse the exploits that they created, etc if you did any of that then that's why if not then you're just going to have to wait

I did not share my account with anyone. I changed my password multiple times and I've never cheat myself. If I don't get PERMA BANNED >:( then I hope I can keep my account the way it is with my 4 and 5 stars, nothing changed

Update: I'm 80% sure I was hacked and logged in at the same time the hacker did?

Also - never been on the forums before, just joined with my acc. Needed to get help for this reason

We do not discuss bans or actions taken on individual accounts in the forums. If you have received a temp ban that becomes a permanent ban, it is because an investigation on your account has determined that you have violated the ToS. Spamming the forums or the Support team will not change this.
