Root is a total fail

I thought dealing with Projectiles SPs was bad enough, but its okay i felt the power of Rogue's SP2.

I feel its just another tactic Kabam are using, i should of 100% the Legendary side quest, but i failed at Wolverine and ain't using any pots.

I personally found it to be fine. I’d rather have a mechanic like this than a stupid unavoidable damage mechanic

Rogue is a special you shouldn't need to dex. This root mechanic is total bull.

That's the point of Root. It basically converts non-projectile attacks into projectiles. So attacks that were once avoidable by just creating space now need to be dexed.

I am 100 percent unsure what Kabam was thinking when they came up with this. Did they expect everyone to be thrilled that their champs would be unable to move while the defender throws a special? In all of the many threads leading up to the creation and release of the road map, were people asking for this mechanic? Because I don't recall that.

Kabam has delivered on many improvements to the game, and almost all of them were based on direct complaints from the players who live in this game. So why add this now? You were on such a good roll.

Will there be root counters introduced? Champs who cannot be rooted or can cancel it? Nodes that somehow offer benefits based on its use?

I actually love it cause it more easier to punish far specials like void sp1, corvus sp1, imiw on wall probably...
