Civil warrior, Korg, HulkBuster, Mordo clarification

CW : Not power draining on power technician on blocks /parriesinspite of having 1 or more active armour ups. Works every 10 or so times. Neither is he gaining furies from the node as he is not power draining

Korg: Restored is triggering though Locked on by falcon. Restored is an obvious defensive ability yet it triggers

Mordo: Gaining furies and regeneration after performing sp3 though locked on by falcon

HulkBuster: Passive stun fails from Doom's special 3 sometimes fails to trigger vs him.

Now you could say it is because armour reduces AA. Is Ability accuracy modification paused during special 3 ? If so why is Mordo gaining buffs after sp3 when 100% ability reduced? If not then why is HB not getting stunned?

Defensive abilities are things that trigger when getting hit. Parrying korg is not hitting him
