Looking for alliance.

Hello, I am looking for an alliance!

Now, I am looking for an alliance that can help me get good, as I only have 5 4*(two of them are rank 3, one of them is rank 2, the rest are rank 1.), a bucket load of 3*, and pretty much every 2* and 1* champion in the game, that I could get.

I am looking for an alliance that accepts very good grinders, but not the best grinder in the world.

I am also looking for an alliance that always attempts to be the best at every obstacle(or at least active), like in alliance wars and alliance events.

I am looking for an alliance that understands that I do not use messaging, or video chatting services, unless you count forums.

Finally I am looking for an alliance that is in the top 5000, understands I don't have infinite free time, and has 500K+ Alliance rating.

Now, I am level 36, and I have 39K hero rating. I know, not the highest rating in the world, but I try to grow my account.
