Looking for up to 7 Map 4 and 5 players - AQ focused AW optional

We are a silver 1 alliance, mostly US based, trying to move up to gold 3, running 2 bgs in War, but that's not mandatory. We are mainly focused on AQ, currently running 5/4/4 but having issues with non-participation and people just generally not being able to handle those maps.
