Immortal Abomb Easter Egg

I was using my Quake against Immortal Abomb, and I don't know what triggered it, but when I started quaking him, Immortal Abomb said "ack." I thought that was kind of funny, but I don't know how or why he said "ack." Anyone care to explain? I don't currently have a screenshot of it.

    Bro it happens when he has like 5% or something at the end and it happens with every champ not just quake

    This happened to me when he was near 90%
