Vision still unacceptable broken (suicide champ)

Vision is very broken still!
I just used him in arena and my arena streak ended because of this.

I fought vulture in arena
iOS 10.3.3
Didn't take any damage and wanted to end fight with a special ... it killed vision himself instead in one hit ...

This seems very unacceptable and happening for way to long. He is now totoally unusable ! I

Please make a statement where these problems accure so people know when this champ is broken so bad while you find a fix.!

I used vison aou to be more specific I see I forgot to mention that

And to be clear I don't use suicide masteries at all ....
