i have completed act3 and i got some worst 4*'s. Now what should i do ?
I 100% think you should go for it, but don't overdo yourself. If you're having trouble with the content take a step back. If you can 100% heroic EQ and get through a couple runs of the master difficulty then you'll be able to push through. However, if you can't get through master difficulty, you may struggle in the later chapters.

Mister sinister is an excellent champ when awakened[ he has a decent block proficiency], and Red skull becomes great with the sig ability too[ red skull has the highest block proficiency in game which comes with decent power drain and energy damage].

Each time mister sinister defeats an opponent, he extracts their genetic code, gaining passive ability for the rest of the quest [max 3 of each passive, 10 passives total]. Mutant: Prowess, increasing special attack damage by 10 to 30%
Skill: Precision, increasing critical rating by 113.17 to 537.53
Science: Regen rate, increases regeneration rate by 5 to 20%
Mystic: Combat power rate, increases power rate by 5 to 20%
Cosmic: Fury, increasing attack rating by 319.78 to 959.43
