Game crashing arena

in Bugs and Known Issues
When i click help after a match in arena, the game freezes. It doesn't happen all the time but most of the time.
Im hesitant to click help if it crashes because it takes me around 2 minutes to log back in.

    It happens to me too
    but since KABAM for over a month has been pretending that the random crash problem does not exist, and if you write it it deletes the posts, and I have to restart every 15 minutes it is not such a serious problem
