Just recently got him from a 5* dual. I have been looking for a good tech champion since I have 3 t4 tech cc in overflow

-Evade counter on Repulsor hits
-Damaging passive Plasma: when Shock and Incinerate are combined or from SP3
-Repulsor hits give opponents less damage when struck if a Shock debuff is active, and deal energy damage
-Unblockable SP1 if first hit hits opponent's block, 2 energy projectiles don't give opponent power
-Passive armor: increase Crit Resistance, lower Power Loss, Steal effects, with 4 armors guaranteed autoblock, immunity against Cold Snap and Bleed if he has at least one passive armor
-Heal block against enemies that are healing with Heavy attack or SP1
-34% chance to stun opponent for every Armor break (SP2) ; Armor breaks from Heavy attack and SP2
and more that I didn't say here.
Non contact hits make him great for those champs like korg and electro and nodes that reflect damage.
Combination of high block proficiency, power control and lack of buffs make him great for stuff like buffet, spite, no retreat, plenty others.
He was great for me in variant 1 for eg.
Really underrated.
Has got good block proficiency, a decent and underrated champ, cannot assure you massive crits [imo], but yet great counter to korg, and had a dot, no one is immune to [plasma].
