Red Hulk bug against Mephisto in Cav EQ 3.2?

Red Hulk's Signature Ability awards increased physical resistance and based on sig level incinerate damage resistance. Fighting Mephisto with Matador, Soul Seeker and Enhanced Incinerate, I was still generating incinerate damage against him during his aura even though I had generated 10 heat charges offering 104% incinerate immunity at my current sig level. Not sure why that was happening when he should be fully immune to incinerate damage at that point.
