Can we talk about reducing this to a reasonable amount at this point?? There is actually a synergy that makes this guy potentially decent but I'm not trying to spend 800k loyalty to try it out.

800k is a huge amount of game currency especially with the way it is used for AW resources at this point in the game

He was my 5th 5*. It was very easy and took around 3 months. Don't buy AW boosts if you want him.

Just did some quick math and at 1000 loyalty a day and not missing a day it will take 800 days for the 5*. Waaayyyyy to long imo.

You get 5000 per war win. War every 2 days. That is 7000 every 2 days plus other sources of loyalty from milestones and solo events. That is maybe 115 days. Super easy

No, it is fine. I had to wait over 700 days to get my first 5* because I started the game in the good old days at launch, when people didn't think they were entitled to an easy 5* champ with minimal saving. They had to work hard for it.

800k isn't actually that hard to obtain, you just have to be in a good enough alliance to win wars to get more loyalty. I saved the 1.6M to get UC and the dupe and currently have over 1M loyalty.

Bottom line, that cost has always been there and is your choice whether to save for him or not. Just because synergies come into play doesn't mean that cost should decrease.

For such a mediocre champ I'd like the 5* AND a dupe for 800k.
Maybe a million for the unduped 6*. But I'm not in charge, so...

So if he's not worth 800k loyalty he's not worth having, if he's worth having he's worth 800k.

Everyone just wants every collectable champ for easy. Should we guarantee immortal iron fist on 1st max sig crystal because the odds are too low otherwise? Give everyone weapon x? You can get nearly every champ from basic 5* crystals, to ask you to spend 800k loyalty on a champ that is not a necessity or requirement for anything is fair.

He was one of my early 5* as well, cause I just saved from the beginning. It‘s not like I‘m really interested in anything else from that Shop anyway. The boosts are just stocking up maxed in my inventory. lol

But maybe it‘s time to add the 6* version for ... 2 millions or whatever could be the next step.

According to your original post, the value of UC has actually gone up, not down. So should he now cost more because of his increased synergy value? I think not, so he should remain the same.

He has gone up with the synergy but that doesn't counter the overall decrease in his value due to access to 5 star champions and the addition of so many high quality champs

I think that the only way it would be lowered is if a new progression title comes out with access to the 6* version and a discount on the 5*

Should that be the opposite? Since it’s easier to obtain loyalty chip from AW and AW related crystals nowadays thus actually that 800k is easier to accumulate versus 2 years ago.....when I put 1.6m chip on him.

Since you can now obtain boosts much easier from supreme solo crystal, thus the value of loyalty chip further reduced. Unless you are staying in platinum or master tier, otherwise the need of loyalty chip is not that high.
