White Magneto Prefight bug (no passive parry)

I entered cavalier difficulty with white magneto in quest 1 to use on Conflictor path so that parries would be passive and not debuffs so I wouldn't trigger conflictor. I placed the prefight on Quake and all parries still resulted in debuff parry stuns. Champions I used were Hyperion and Sentinel. Both are either #Hero or #Metal which is what you need in order to gain the passive stun. It simply did not work. I can't post video evidence at the moment, but it's the first fight in the quest so it should be easy enough to verify. Other members on my team were Torch and Doom. No Boosts active.
