What's your opinion?

iHulk is a very interesting character, and I've see a lot if threads asking for a tune-up/buff. Most of this is centered around his rage stacks and how quickly they expire. But I've though about it and some characters similar in building up charges are CMM and Mole man (if you can think of others do tell). I think we forget that without the NF synergy CMM charges only last 1.2 seconds and so do Mole man's frenzy charges. So in a way his rage length makes sense. But what do you guys think?
