Tigra's neutralize not preventing furies from rage node

I took tigra into the uncollected EQ's rage path thinking that it'd be an absolute rupture-fest, however none of the furies generated from the node were neutralized. Is this a bug or am I missing an interaction with the node?

    Neutralize reduces buffs ability accuracy. If I remember correctly, the rage node can't be affected by ability accuracy, as it is stated
