Falcon vs Rage Node

Should Rage Node proc while falcon's lock on ability is activate? I'd say no, because it triggers while hitting the opponent. Asking this because it still triggers and maybe I miss something.

Some nodes don't appear to be affected by AAR.

Maybe they should be, but they aren't.

So Safeguard is susceptible, but Rage isn't.
Nor is Crit Me with your Best Shot.

Rage specifically states that it isn’t, so it definitely shouldn’t be affected
