Bypassing crit resistance

Its a common thing for CG, Ghost.. you know
But I was trying out new Guardian at Prof X, which has crit resist buff and some of you may know, Guardian, instead of critting, has ability to shock oponent with damage comparable to his crit dmg rating (I even think his shocks deal +100% more, but I'm not quite sure). Point is, mind boi took beautiful shock damage. Has anyone found out this utility too, with Guardian or G99, for example?

    Guardian is worded differently than g99 but her crit degen is an ability with ability accuracy equal to her critical chance. Might be similar with guardian? 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Well, I don't even have 4* Guill, so I was quite surprised Guardian has this niche utility, nevertheless, you are right @CoatHang3r, they are discribed differently, but they have same behavior
