Error pops up when I try to submit a ticket for customer service!

Dear Kabam support,
I was trying to submit a ticket online so that I could ask you guys urgent questions but I couldn't because this error popped up.
I'm not sure what this means but I'd like to know if there is another way to reach you guys for personal help.
Error:
계정 이름: Unable to create/update fields: Name. Please check the security settings of this field and verify that it is read/write for your profile or permission set.
