is Falcon better than we think?

1) When locked on, he has the highest base attack in the game (went through Aunt Mai and did comparisons. no one is even close).
2) If he is duped with a High Sig, he might have the highest Crit rate in the game (outside of guaranteed crit champs).
3) His special attack damage is pathetic.
So, he should also be good for nodes/champs that:
1) limit power gain (SP1 lock, Matador?, etc)
2) punish specials (Hurt Locker, Mr Fantastic, etc)
3) punish power levels going below a certain threshold (he would lose his SP3 bonuses)
4) have Crit resistance
5) require Crits to do damage
Thoughts?
(If negative, please back up with a substantive argument.)

In 6 months, I think we might have a very different opinion on him.
(I'm not saying this is a compete list; just a few candidates that came to my mind) At 6* R3:
Falcon when Locked On - 7087 Attack
Stealthy with Fury passive - 8057 Attack
Nick Fury with one Fury - 8383 Attack
Punisher 2099 in Overdrive - 8850 Attack
Fury's buff can get nullified of course; but you've got to admit, the other two also have impressive Passive Attack boosts, too.
Still very high in base attack AND can keep it for most of the fight.
Stealthy is more complicated to get his boost.
Fury's fury also complicated.
Punisher 2099, I don't know what the uptime on Overdrive is.
I don't think anyone can match his Crit Rate with max Sig (other than guaranteed Crit champs).
Falcon increases his base attack.
There is something significant about that, but I don't remember.
Does anyone know any attack modifiers that use base attack, that you could use on Falcon???
I think the 10/20/30% damage boosts are based on base attack.
Any synergy that could put a Fury on Falcon should also.
I'm probably just crazy.
Stealthy's fury is literally 2 combos then spam dash back/intercepts and you're set for the whole fight. .
Nick has a permanent 200% base attack fury, idk about p99
He's a way better champ than he was.
The fact we can even talk about comparing him to Nick Fury and Stealth-suit Spiderman tells you how good his Tune-Up has been!
They're very different champs with different abilities. Falcon's an amazing counter for evade; and can also shut down almost every defensive ability in the game (except, for some reason, Miss - which is one thing you'd expect him to counter!). He's got solid damage now, and isn't dependent on debuffs to inflict it. He's got the potential to stack up amazing damage potential in tricky areas of the game (like Act 6 and the Labyrinth of Legends) where you run into a lot of Evade champs/paths.
Nick is a far stronger defender; hits hard (but needs Awakened to really shine) can reduce AAR with disorient, go Unblockable and has some of the best bleed damage in the game - but only if you've invested in Deep Wounds, and only if your opponent bleeds.
Stealthy has amazing damage, but again he's dependent on debuffs to inflict it. And those 6-7 hit combos can be a real pain against certain champions/nodes. Not a great candidate for Mixmaster!
Seriously - you like him? He's a solid candidate for R2 as a 6* champ, and maybe even R3 if you love him.
For mix master, as long as the opponent isn't stun immune, just do parry-l-l-l-m-l
The repeated attacks are during the stun. By the time it wears off, do a medium for diversity, then the last light attack for the slow. From that point,it's lights out for the opponent. I've soloed a few mix master Things with this strat.
As for tunnel vision, it's slow play until the special 2. Then of course, it's lights out from there, and constant willpower healing!
(tried to find specifics, but was unable to find a clean definition of what a critical hit is in this game)
If so, Falcon's High Sig should be good for the armor nodes too.
