Hey, I want to clarify something.
Champs like Blade, Magneto, Domino, etc. have AAR, which is not 100%. And I want to know behavior of these AAR's. Let's say, if Magneto goes against metal champ, which has 70% chance to do something, what would be the result, ability gets completely shut or is reduced to 21% chance?
