Elsa purifying debuffs is not working properly

As said in description and champion spotlight, when suffering from non-damaging debuff, elsa purifies one of any debuff. So if she has spectre and shock on her, she should remove one of each debuff. however she only removes one debuff

    Don't confuse between one of any and one of each.

    She does one non-DoT debuff at a time. Shock she won't purify.

    Actually, I fought the scarlet witch in RoL with Elsa, and she was purifying her poison as well.

    so i guess its 50% chance to purify the shock and 50% chance to purify spectre
