Torch bugged?

Was doing path 1 section 2 for map 5 (bleed path) and I was doing pretty bad leaving me with one champ left (torch) well electro didn’t take any incinerate damage or even have any incinerate put on him. The node doesn’t prevent DOT so am I missing something?

    Bleed reduces your temperature, when you're at 0 you dont apply incinerate

    Yes, you are missing something. Human torch's incinerates have their duration reduced by 4s while he is bleeding, and at 0 temperature the incinerates are 3s by default so the incinerates are actually instantly expiring after being inflicted.
