Black Panther: Civil War - Special Attack 2 description error

This seems like an unintentional error/issue regarding Black Panther Civil War's description for his special attack 2. It says, "Damage increases by up to 90 based on lost Health." OK, 90 points, 90 percent, what? I can't imagine it being 90 damage points, as that woul be somewhat silly (e.g., special 2 deals 7000 damage normally, let's say, but I have lost 50% health, so now it does 7045 damage??).

Could Kabam please clarify if this is intentional, and if not, please provide the actual definition so that we can better determine how special attack 2 functions for this champion?
