Freezing when defender does heavy attack

At first I thought it was just me, but asking alliance its more than me.
It doesn’t happen every time a defender does a heavy attack but it is happening very often in all types of gameplay.
Defenders animation for a heavy attack begins, I pull back to dex as normal but my champion just stands there like I didn’t drag my finger across my screen and takes a full heavy attack to the face with out at least blocking.
Total bug.
