Yes but she so old and with Mabye put a cap at 10 wil make he more use.

Same with deadpool x-force. He could become a semi usable champion if his bleed cap was taken off.

If they removed doc ocks breakthrough cap imagine those big red numbers on the heavy attacks

I understand the cap for when she was first released but now with all these other heroes, cap should be removed.

And her health regeneration should be improved also.

Why does she even need a cap?
Even if her bleeds could stack without cap:
1. In most scenarios you couldn’t be able to reach even ten
2. Even if you could, she would still just be a low utility outdated champ, with a good bleed damage
