Which option is better?(5 star champions)

For rank 5-I have 4 beyond god tier champions, out of which only 1 can be taken to rank 5.
For rank 4-I have 13 beyond god tier champions (out of which 5 are still at rank 1 but can be taken to rank 3 in an instant) out of which 2 can be taken to rank 4.
But the question is having one rank 5 champion is better than having two rank 4 champions or the opposite is a better option.

What champions are you talking about?
Do you run suicides?
Do you like or dislike any of the champs? If so which one?
Where are you in progression and how many 5/65 and 4/55 do you have
I do not run suicides, I’m currently at 6.2.1 and I became cavalier about 4 months ago.
My options are quake to r4, or magneto and Kali deserve to be at r4 with dupe.
R3 falcon,hitmonkey
R4 magneto,r3 archangel
This is how I would do it.
