Halt on ramp up champions

This is regarding the over influx of ramp up champs in the game. Hercules is a classic champion marvel universe and he would have been highly appreciated by community, but he was made a ramp up champ that almost has turned off my interest in getting him in game. We have terrax, air walker, red goblin as ramp up champs who are not that powerful even after persistent ramp ups, Hercules could have been a better champ if he had some other abilities.
