Lower Sig Level of Iceman in Incursions

Hi, just a suggestion. I find fighting Iceman/s in incursions a bit unfair especially in the higher rooms. Not everyone one has a coldsnap immune characters that can deal with his coldsnap damage at the beginning of fight.

Remember Ice Phoenix, people hated that because of it. So a lower sig level for Iceman/s in incursions would be greatly appreciated.

    If you're playing in the higher rooms, you should have some sort of Coldsnap Immune character anyway.

    CMM is usually on my team for those sort of encounters.

    The problem is that coldsnap debuff is a very niche to have a counter for it.
