I recently found out that prices on iphone are higher than on android. Why does this happen? I was prepared to spend money on black friday but that discouraged me.
Cause Apple (iPhone) charges higher % from the developers, I guess. 30% of any purchase goes to Apple. Well, except for really small developers (less than a million $ per year or something like that), they only have to pay 15% now I think.
From what I‘ve heard most things are more expensive if you are using iOS. Like booking a flight or hotel for vacation. System knows you are using Apple and probably are one of the richer people, so everything is more expensive. They are really clever.

That's apple store. That's the main reason between Epic Games feud with Apple too. Apple charges a lot of money for the in game purchases.
Uhhh I have an iPhone and used my work galaxy to play, I’ve never paid more. Are the priced different cus you’re in a different country? Peter Parker and odin have always been the same prices for me since day 1 on any platform.

yeah I think it's something where each platform handles exchange rates a bit differently

"From what I remember, Android/IOS set the prices, Devs (apps) sell units. (Keep in mind additional price differential in different countries.)"
