is a leader of alliance responsible for his members in any action whatsoever committed therein?

If in an alliance kabam team finds a member cheating and decides to burn him/her will the leader of that alliance get banned too,keep in mind that he did not cheat...

Although I have heard rumors on the forums of them stripping alliance members of champs gained through the actions of said member, for instance if you gained any shards from war or rank up materials because this person was basically one shotting everything he came across kabam would have the right to strip you of any rewards gained from partaking
