T1A and T4B crisis

It’s out of control now. I have to do completion of heroic to get T1A. Just because I’m getting more shards and t2a in uncollected and cav difficulty it doesn’t mean I should no longer have access to t1a and t4b. IMO there should be 10 t1a and 8 t4b in uc difficulty monthly quest exploration. It’s not much to ask for. I have enough resources to take 5*s to r5 but I’m being roadblocks by t1a. Please fix this Kabam.
