Who should i awaken and rank up??(5*)

I got 2 skill awakning gems and already have aegon duped at high sig....so 1 i will be saving for nick fury and got extra so which champ would help me most...i got quake,archangel,doom,human torch,colassus as 5* max and couple of nice 5* rank 4 and good 6*(warlock, guilly, longshot,rulk etc) i need some good skill champ ...also already got devil of hells kitchen duped ...!!!
