Team Revives in AQ when boosted = zero bonus and less health. Explanation, please

Every now and then I'll use some boosts to clear my lane in map 7 and fight the miniboss. Recently though I noticed that if you use a team revive while still boosted you don't get any health bonus. That was annoying but I let it go.
This morning I noticed as well that a 2nd champion on my team that was also revived but I haven't used in any fight after that, didn't have the regular 1650 helath points, instead he had -x% equal to the amount my boosts were suppose to be adding to my champions at the time I was using them.
Not only I have not been receiving the bonus I should have from my boosts, but now I discover that actually those stupidly low and outdated team revives get nerfed! What????
