I got him from 5* recently, and just wanna clarify something. He has max debuff count 2 per effect, but when awakened, FoTW starts to affect the enemy, and it should have effect of all 3 debuffs combined. My question is, does it stack with second FoTW or more debuffs? Like, can you get to 200% heal reduction or 120% evade chance reduction?

When 1 FOV is active opponent can't regen health which means they have 100% reduction. So 2 FOVs would give 200% reduction.
