Void trio sync regen not working?

I’m using void with km and ws for aq
He’s supposed to regen 1% health a second or something while fear of the void is active?

Maybe I’m wrong but he’s not regening?

If someone can fill me in how it’s supposed to work I’d appreciate it

    Void's synergy with Killmonger means that Void regenerates 1% of health for each Intimidating Debuff placed on them, either by the regular countdown timer or via his L1. It's not affected by Fear of the Void at all.

    Haven’t used him in forever but recently awaken him and took him to r5 so wanted to see how he fairs
