Idea: Include the date when you got a title in its description

I was thinking that currently there is now way to know (unless you save it as a screenshot for example) when you got a specific meaningful title like Elder's Bane, Cavalier, TB or even the abyss one.
Maybe it would be cool to include that on the title description in your profile?
