Option to enable weather effects in android

Hi,
I miss the weather effects like fog n rain i used to see when playing the game in my ios device.
Ive switched to android now and i see no option to turn it on.
If it causes lag in some android phone...please give users a toggle to turn it on or off.
Users with expensive android flagship phone can really use that toggle.
