I recieved the same message after I updated when I first logged in. I think it was meant to warn you that you were not on wifi for the downloads that take place the first time you open the game after updating. I clicked the green button and everything updated like it normally does.

Sorry for the delay @Kabam Boo (won't let me tag you) but it is fine now. I closed the app and reset and it was indeed a warning of no wifi for the install. Problem solvered.
