What is the best number of sig stones for Archangel?

I ended up with a ton of sig stones after cyber week . I used a lot of time on CAIW but I still have quite a few left so it though I would use them in my five star archangel . Can someone tell me the best amount to use?

    112 I think.

    Edit: 112 is the minimum needed for 3 neurotoxins to give -100% aar

    Whatever gets it above 34%...think its around 140 sig

    at sig 120 its 34% reduction so with 3neuros he can shutdown everything
    at sig20 it is 26.5% so that would mean 4 neuros can shutdown fully

    so whichever you wanna go for

    At 3 neurotoxins they cannot trigger any abilities.
