Hyperion not gaining 3 cosmic charges after a special #3 in Alliance Quest but did in duels..

Hello, I just finished dueling and was able to proc the 3 cosmic charges for Hyperion every time but, in AQ vs Rocket Raccon section 2 map 5, it failed to do so twice.. that threw me off and almost cost me the fight. I hope you can understand how frustrating that is.
I have been playing this game since it's beginning, first month of it's release as a matter of fact, stuck by it through thick and thin.. am starting to wonder what is going on as things like this end up costing us by needing to revive and/or heal up unfairly..
I've been playing this game since it's release and it is offensive to witness such anomalies..

    I had him doing that to me in 5.3.4 today vs rhino, was only putting up one every l3. Eagerly awaiting 5.1 if they don't fix this buggy gameplay I will look at semi retiring, these swipe backs aren't working half the time, heavies charge out of nowhere, map 5 the l2s are often off and hit you when you've evaded them and are at the very back of the screen already, Im just not going to bother if this isn't a decent fix

    Btw.. it was my bad, usage error.. we need to build up his cosmic charges/learn how to use him..
