Top champ only issues?

Why is it that only the top champs like OR, Fury and Aegon lately have developed these performance bugs? Are they being tweaked?
More positive feedback really enjoyed the monthly quest and side quest hit the nail on the head in most respects. December looks like a whole heap of fun.

    So you will disagree that parry is bugged then too? Did the champs I mentioned above have bugs? Yes or no? Why all of a sudden? The extremely little I know about programming, of say a specific champ, is done that sequence is locked. Its not fluid. If I am wrong I will take the knee. Why when someone asks a legitimate question is it a conspiracy? Id much rather u tell me I am wrong and then list the mediocre champs, no one spends money acquiring, that doesn't save in game resources that develop bugs.
