6.2.6, the champion bug.( I think)

I am a fan of dork lessons, and I saw his video of him defeating the champion boss, before the nerf, and after the nerf when I was quaking the champion boss he just regenerated right through the concussion, some people said that his ability accuracy was more than 100%. But then why were so many players able to quake him before the nerf, by preventing his regen? And Ialso stacked 2 concussion on him with the right timing before the timer went off,.... But nothing happened! He instantly regenerated massive amounts, too massive for my r4 quake.
