So my problem is, the side quest [ I'm not sure what the name is but the one that gives epoch crystal shards] has the legendary difficulty locked for me.
It shows for level 45 and above. I'm a level 49 player.
Luckily, the other one helped me save my time. But still, I hope someone gives me insight if there is any other need or if this a problem.
