AQ fights not starting

in Bugs and Known Issues
when i click fight to start, the game freezes (like usual, and this still hasnt been fixed). and then it moves onto the loading screen with spider-ham as the background image. however this screen doesnt disappear and just remains for ages. what can i do.

    It just happened to me too. Second fight of the new aq and just lost half health from the fight not even starting

    @Kabam Miike please can someone have a look into this. i am not able to play AQ at all pretty much. there has to be an issue at work here that needs a fix. the only way ive found to get off the loading screen is to close the game and restart. that costs me 50% of the current health of my champion. please, all i am asking for is a game that works.
    in terms of details:
    phone: Huawei P smart 2018
    latest OS update: not sure of the number but its the latest
    issue so far only appears in AQ as far as im aware
    if any other details are needed please just ask me
