Magento's Damage Cap (Sig Ability)

Dear Team,

Can you please explain why Im getting this Damage?? It should be a Bug??

its written that Damage Cap is 4042.15 at sig 200. but Its more likely the damage cap is 10% of his Max health. In this sense the descrption is wrong.

Game Version: V29.1
Game Mode: Aliance War
Champion: Mageto(red)
Activated Boost: champion 30%, attack 15%, health 15%

Scaled with boosts, the damage cap would be around 5800
