Torch bug

Apologies if its already been posted.
Me and others have noticed that human torches incinerate is being erratic.
It says incinerate but only places on them randomly, and doesnt last very long at all

    Is not a bug. The duration of his incinerates is based on the temperature you have, and if you are or not bleeding. Additionally, he only places incinerates on specific attacks, like his mediums and first light attack, heavy's, and sp2
