Act 6 Crossbones help

I’m stuck on this crossbones. My best options are guilly 2099 and red mags but I’ve seen red mags doesn’t work anymore and i was wondering if it’s still doable? And what’s the best Pre fight option for guilly for this particular fight? Any help/tips would be appreciated :)

    Mags won’t work anymore because the node now applies poison. G2099 should work though. Like Xmas monke said it’s going to be long but doable.

    G99 can work, but unfortunately it's hard to build her up im that quest.
