Event Quests multiple paths per entry

For Uncollected, Cavalier, and Thronebreaker levels, could the event quests for the lower levels (Normal, Heroic, Master or all for that matter) be set up in a way to 100% complete in one entry similar to Champion Challenge style where you could go up to the final node and have the option to port back to the first node and take a different path in the same entry. It would give the option for one path per entry or one very long path to get 100% in one entry.
This would work a bit better for first chapters of EQ where there are 3 or 4 paths instead of the final chapters where there are 6 or 7 paths. But could also reduce the number of times bosses are faced. (Also, if you try to do too much in one pass and don't have the right team for the boss, exiting out would lose all progression and you would have to start from 0% again. So it does have a downside rather than just all upside.)
From a different standpoint, if someone took all the paths and got stuck on the final boss, it would give more incentive to keep buying revives and potions to take down the boss since there is more to lose by exiting out but at the same time giving the player the option.
