Buff to Immortal Hulk

Let's face it, even after his recent buff, Immortal Hulk is just not a good champion. He came with the introduction of a new and promising mechanic yet it almost feels as though he wasn't able to live up to his hype. Let me know if you all feel the same or if I'm alone here.
